Transaction failed: tx.errors.resolutionThresholdReached

I opened several different positions, but when I tried to open them, I received an error saying that the positions were not opened and that no funds had been deducted from my account. However, after refreshing the page, I found that the positions were not open, but the funds had still been deducted from my account.

Tapping the cancel button on a pending order on iOS Safari does nothing — no toast, no error, order stays open.

Around market close / high-volume windows the price chart has a visible data gap before resuming.
